Special Orders & Store Requests

A store request is something that we don't carry that you would like to see us carry on our shelves. If our suppliers carry it, we will usually give it a try.
A special order is usually a unique item, or a large quantity of an item (at least 1 case) that our suppliers carry that you would like to purchase all at once. It may also be an item that one of our departments needs to put together, like a meat or fruit tray. For in-store creation orders, it is a good idea to give us a follow-up call to make sure we know your order is in the system. Try to give us 24 hours notice on an item that needs to be created in-store.
Our delivery trucks come on Monday and Thursday of each week. Orders for the Monday truck need to be submitted by 4pm on the Friday prior. Orders for the Thursday truck need to be submitted by 4pm on the Tuesday prior. If you are cutting it close to the deadline, it won't hurt to give us a call just to double-check that we know you have submitted an order. ;)
If our warehouse does not carry the item you have requested, or if it is an item that requires a special order from their suppliers, we will contact you and let you know the status.
